About the Stone

Sunstone is a feldspar filled with tiny plates of hematite or copper that catch and throw back the light as the stone moves — a stone that literally throws light back at you.

Care

A feldspar with two cleavage directions, so a sharp knock can split it; store it apart from harder stones. Sun and water are fine. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
