Septarian often looks like a dragon egg ready to hatch, and this lore makes sense: Septarian is formed from lava cured in the ocean, where it tends to crack in Angel number 7 places as aragonite and calcite grow in the limestone. About the Stone

A septarian nodule is limestone cracked from within, the cracks filled with yellow calcite and brown-to-white aragonite. The name comes from septem, Latin for seven, after its radiating cracks. Most comes from Utah and Madagascar.

Care

Keep Septarian dry and away from salt or anything acidic — its calcite veins etch and lose their polish in water. The calcite is soft, so store it away from harder stones. Dry cloth only.
