Palo Santo, aka Holy Wood, is an aromatic tree from South America, similar to the Cedar of North American traditions but with its own distinct warm scent. Palo Santo is burned to raise vibration after cleansing - whether it is the energy of a space or a being. Use Sage to clear the energy of the space and, as Vero says, use Palo Santo to get the energy dancing! Sage = OM, Palo Santo = Party :)

How to Use It

Hold the stick at an angle and light the tip; let it flame for 20–30 seconds, then blow it out so the end smoulders. Move through the space, or around a person, letting the smoke drift — it is thicker and sweeter than sage and does not need much. Rest it in a heat-safe dish; it will go out on its own within a minute or two, and relights easily. Never leave it burning unattended.
