About the Stone

Opalite is man-made opalescent glass, made to resemble Ethiopian opal — milky blue in reflected light, a warm orange glow held up to the light. Sacred Crystals says so on every card, and offers it for what it is: a serene, affordable focal point for meditation.

Care

Softer than quartz, so it chips and scratches — keep it apart from harder stones. Water is fine. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
