About the Stone

Tourmaline is a whole mineral group rather than one stone, and the multi-coloured material is elbaite — pink, green, blue, yellow and colourless, sometimes all in one crystal. 'Multi-colored' is a plain description of the stone, not a marketing name. Black and Watermelon Tourmaline carry their own teachings.

Care

Water-safe, but brittle despite its hardness — keep it from knocks. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
