How to Use It

Light the tip, let it flame for a few seconds, then blow it out so the ember glows. Stand it in an ash catcher, or push the bare end into a bowl of sand or rice, and open a window a crack — incense is meant to drift, not fill. Never leave it burning unattended; keep it away from curtains, children and pets.

Oudh (agarwood) is the resin-soaked heartwood of the Aquilaria tree, prized across the Middle East and India for centuries; real oudh is worth more than gold by weight, and its scent is the model for this stick.
