Historically interesting 50 Pfennig Notgeld from Augustenburg (Schleswig region), issued for the 1920 Schleswig plebiscite. Bilingual German/Danish text and “Plebiscit” legend, with:

• Left: town coat of arms with two blue lions

• Right: vertical panel with four flags (including British & Scandinavian flags) and “50 Plebiscit”

These border-region plebiscite notes are collected for both their design and political history. This example has bright color, sharp printing and only minor handling – no major creases or tears noted.
